The records are arranged into seven different series for each administration with their tenure as president listed in parentheses. Subseries within each series are arranged by material and/or subject.

The collection is organized by the following series:

  • Series I: Henry J. Morton, 1st President of Stevens (1870-1902)
  • Series II: Alexander C. Humphreys, 2nd President of Stevens (1902-1927)
  • Series III: Harvey N. Davis, 3rd President of Stevens (1928-1951)
  • Series IV: Jess H. Davis, 4th President of Stevens (1951-1972)
  • Series V: Kenneth C. Rogers, 5th President of Stevens (1972-1987)
  • Series VI: Harold J. Raveché, 6th President of Stevens (1988-2010)
  • Series VII: Nariman Farvardin, 7th President of Stevens (2010- )
